The Power of Partnership

One word I’ve heard a lot recently is PARTNERSHIP…
One thing that has helped me a lot when it’s come to my business, hosting events and the many other things is PARTNERSHIP…
So in this blog post I will share with you some tips about partnering as well as ways that I personally partner with other business owners in order to help grow my business.
As you continue on your journey, you will realize it is IMPOSSIBLE as well as NOT a good idea to do everything on your own.
Also you will realize sometimes it’s better to consult with other business owners, entrepreneurs or have contractors rather than full-time employees.
I’ve realized employees don’t give you 100% because it’s not their dream or passion they are working for… ITS YOURS
They are just there to get a check and go home…
But if you contract and partner with business owners you are dealing with someone who is doing everything they love and who will give you their all.
So in my business I don’t deal with many people on a payroll but more so contract with business owners!
& It truly is rewarding to do so because that allows me to say I try to help people who is a business owner!
Now let me share different groups and ways I personally partner…
The P.E.E.R group consists of professional partnership participants referred to as The P.E.E.R Group Professionals and our P.E.E.R Group members.The P.E.E.R Group offers the countless discounted services, products, and trainings that flow throughout this unique partnership program as a membership to the public at large through our TPG membership program.
The Professionals share their wealth of knowledge to individuals, companies, and organizations at little to no cost through our year-round workshops and trainings on various topics drawing from their specialized background.
The Professionals also serve as consultants to our members. They train on proper utilization or maintenance of the discounted service and/or product they are providing, then (if needed) refer the member to a qualified participant that may further assist them by doing the same. Our members have found that this revolving referral practice (step-by-step process) often ensures they aren’t overwhelmed by the requirements of the task and makes the process even more affordable.
At the P.E.E.R Group, they believe that when others know better they are then able to do better, which ultimately benefits our society as a whole.
Less than a year ago I joined the P.E.E.R. Group as a young professional and consultant to help those in business learn how to grow using the online world.
It has truly been a benefit because on a monthly basis I need to be able to connect with new professionals that I can help as well as they can help me if needed. Being in business, you will realize it’s not only about what you know but also WHO you know. I was once told “knowing people in industries is like having good credit.. You are able to get things done that may take others longer” and it’s so true that networking and knowing the best of the best can go a long way. Especially if you are a young person such as myself it’s important to be around people who can genuinely mentor you and teach you how to grow.

One way I’ve been able to do it is from have a huge social media following, email list and more. This is something a lot of small business owners lack. So because of the show it’s provided me with the opportunity to allow these small business owners to promote to my list and even be promoted at the event live on stage and through the program. Not only am I using this show for my personal gain but now I’m able to use it to lift other businesses up.
Also I’m able to interview entrepreneurs, use local artists, directors, photographers and videographers for the show which allows me to partner with even more local business owners!
It makes me very happy to be able to do so because a lot of times we spend money on people who are already making a lot of money instead of the new business owners or the people who really need our support.
You may have seen many post about Fail to Success, Fail to Success Blueprint and Fail to Success Academy. It’s been such an amazing process due to just one year ago, I released the book Fail to Success. Countless people minutes after releasing my book asked me “when is the next one coming out?” but for some reason that didn’t excite me. I wanted to figure out a way to not only be an author but help others go through the process I went through in order to grow their business in amazing ways.
From Fail to Success Academy we are teaching people how to start businesses, become an Amazon #1 Bestselling Authors, market using the internet and more! It’s been such an amazing process to go through to see that not only can I be successful but I can also teach others the things I’m getting to help them grow as well. In the Fail to Success Community there are people in all different types of businesses from people in theater, poets, artist, dancers, home improvement businesses, network marketers and more. All of the people in the community have one goal of growing and taking their business to another level. So it’s been truly a pleasure to help them do so through one on one, webinar and video training. We also utilize events and have private group chats that we communicate on daily and weekly in order to help each other make it to the next level!
It’s been truly amazing and we have success stories from people starting their first blog site, to people releasing their book and hitting bestseller.. It’s been truly amazing!
